What the Fantoss referral programme actually is
The Fantoss referral programme lets an existing player invite a friend or colleague. The inviter shares a unique code; the invitee pastes it at signup; both sides earn a contest credit after the invitee's first deposit. The credit can be used as entry in any contest, including the ₹1 starter contests. The invite programme is built to reward genuine friends, not bulk account creation — anti-abuse rules apply.

How to find your Fantoss referral code
Your Fantoss referral code lives inside the profile tab under 'Invite friends'. The code is a 6-character alphanumeric string unique to your account. Tap to copy and share via WhatsApp, SMS, email or any messaging app.
The profile tab also shows how many invites you have sent, how many have completed first deposit and your total earned credit. The earnings appear in the bonus balance.
The invite programme is one of the largest contributors to Fantoss sign-ups. The credit is flat per invite and there is no cap on the number of invites. Anti-abuse rules are in place to prevent bulk account creation — the system flags any inviter-invitee pair that shares a PAN, UPI handle, device fingerprint or IP address.
If your invitee signs up but does not complete the first deposit within 7 days, the invite is marked as 'expired' in your profile. The credit is not earned. Re-invite them once they deposit and the system resets.
Fantoss does not pay cash for invites. The credit is contest-only and cannot be withdrawn directly. This is the structure Indian skill-gaming rules require — the credit is a contest entry incentive, not a cash reward.
Referral credits work alongside welcome bonus credits. The inviter earns one credit; the invitee earns the welcome bonus plus the referral credit. Both can be used as contest entry.
The invite programme is most effective when the inviter shares the code via a personal message — WhatsApp, SMS, email. Public posts on social media do not perform as well because the invitee often cannot trace the code back to the inviter.

How to apply a referral code at signup
At signup, after entering your mobile number and OTP, the signup flow asks 'Have a referral code?'. Paste the code here. The field is case-insensitive but does not accept partial codes.
If you skip the referral field at signup, the system does not let you add it later. The referral must be applied at first signup only.

What the inviter earns
The inviter earns a flat contest credit for every invite that completes a first deposit above ₹100. The credit is fixed for the quarter and published in the invite programme terms.
There is no cap on the number of invites — Fantoss does not limit how many friends you can bring. However, the credit per invite is fixed regardless of the invitee's deposit size.
What the invitee earns
The invitee earns the welcome bonus on their first deposit plus a separate referral credit. The referral credit stacks with the welcome bonus — both can be used as contest entry.
The invitee must use the referral code at signup. If the invitee signs up without a code and tries to add one later, the system rejects the request.
Anti-abuse rules — what voids the invite
The Fantoss invite programme voids the credit when the invitee and inviter share the same PAN, UPI handle, device fingerprint or IP address. The system flags these automatically during the first deposit.
Bulk invite creation is also flagged. If the system detects a single user creating multiple invitee accounts, the inviter's account is suspended and all earned credit is forfeited.
When does the credit become withdrawable?
The earned credit can be used as contest entry immediately. Winnings from credit-funded contests become withdrawable after the standard wagering requirement is met — usually 1x the credit amount.
If you do not want to complete the wagering requirement, the credit remains in the bonus balance indefinitely. It does not expire.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own referral code at signup?
No. The system rejects self-referrals — the inviter and invitee must be different people.
What if my friend signs up without a referral code?
You cannot add the code after signup. Ask your friend to raise a customer-care ticket within 7 days of signup; the desk may add the code manually but this is not guaranteed.
How many friends can I invite?
There is no cap on the number of invites, but each invite must be a real person with a unique PAN and UPI handle.
Does the invitee need to deposit a minimum amount?
Yes. The invitee must complete a first deposit of at least ₹100 to trigger the inviter's credit.
What happens if my state restricts paid contests?
Both inviter and invitee must be in a state where paid contests are legal. The wallet surfaces a state-restriction notice during deposit.
Can I refer someone on the iOS app from the Android app?
Yes. The referral programme is cross-platform. The invitee can sign up on any device; the inviter's code works the same way.
